Return & Refund Policy

At Jasmine Mercedez, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners, please review the following policy carefully.

Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of wellness and essential oil products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at jasminemercedezshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will coordinate with our suppliers on your behalf.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
