Shipping & Orders

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location — domestic orders generally arrive within 7–14 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or modify it.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love every product. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement right away.

Essential Oils

Are your essential oils 100% pure?

Yes! Our pure essential oils are 100% pure and undiluted — no synthetic additives, fillers, or carrier oils. Our blends are clearly labeled and contain only the botanicals listed.

Are your oils safe to use on skin?

Most essential oils should be diluted with a carrier oil (such as jojoba, coconut, or sweet almond oil) before applying to skin. We recommend a dilution ratio of 2–3% (about 12 drops of essential oil per 1 oz of carrier oil) for adults. Always do a patch test first. Keep oils away from eyes and mucous membranes.

Can I ingest essential oils?

We do not recommend ingesting essential oils. Our products are intended for aromatherapy and topical use only (when properly diluted).

Are your oils safe for children and pets?

Some essential oils are not safe for young children or pets. Please research specific oils before use around little ones or animals. When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional or veterinarian. Always keep essential oils out of reach of children.

How should I store my essential oils?

Store your oils in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep lids tightly closed when not in use. Properly stored oils can last 1–3 years depending on the oil.

Diffusers

How do I use my diffuser?

Fill the water tank to the indicated line, add 5–10 drops of your favorite essential oil, replace the cover, and press the power button. Most of our diffusers have multiple mist settings and LED lighting options — refer to the included instructions for your specific model.

How often should I clean my diffuser?

We recommend cleaning your diffuser every 1–2 weeks with regular use. Simply wipe the inside of the water tank with a damp cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol, then rinse and dry thoroughly.

Can I use any essential oil in my diffuser?

Yes! Our diffusers are compatible with any pure essential oil or blend. Avoid using carrier oils or thick resins directly in the water tank as they can clog the ultrasonic plate.
